The Cee Bailey’s Aircraft Plastics, Inc., new generation Concours windshield is designed to make your riding more enjoyable by lessening the ram air and turbulence experienced with the stock Kawasaki shield. Our new shield has a very subtle top rake and side flares incorporated into the shield, to minimize buffeting and associated helmet turbulence. The bottom of the shield has a larger air “scoop” inlet, which helps restore some of the higher pressure behind the shield, contributing to a smoother, more quiet ride. The windshield is manufactured from .187, aircraft grade acrylic, with edges hand polished to a beautiful luster, and is available in colorless (clear), light gray, light green, bronze and ice blue tints.
All tints meet the FAA light transmissibility standard for aircraft night flying, so viewing behind the shield will pose no degradation to your eyes. All windshields are DOT approved, CNC cut for precision, and laser etched, and are manufactured in our aircraft production facility to your order. Available in four sizes to suit your riding style. Heights are measured from center of shield starting from top mounting hole upward.

Returns
Any item* purchased from CBAP, Inc. may be returned for a refund within for 30 days from original shipment date with no restock fee, less shipping and handling charges, if the item is new, and has not been mounted. Please refer to specific product notes for more information. Items must be returned in new, resellable condition in original box/packaging material. A service charge(15%-45%) will be assessed for windshields that have been mounted or are in need of processing for any scratches or markings that need to be polished out and removed. Generally, scratches that can be felt with your fingernail are too deep to be removed, and the windshield must be scrapped. Items returned after 31 days will be refunded less a 20% restocking charge, to the same conditions listed above. All returned items are subject to inspection, and must be as new, unmodified and undamaged. Returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured, and have a “Cee Baileys Aircraft Plastics” Return Authorization Number (RMA) written on the outside of the shipping container, next to the shipping label. Please call sales for RMA number and authorization. After 60 days all sales are final and no refunds will be given. NOTE: This Return Policy ONLY Applies to Clear and Light Gray Tinted Windshields, No Exceptions.

Warranty
Our windshields and products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship. The warranty is limited only to the replacement of the defective parts(s). There is no allowance for labor cost incurred during installation and removal of a defective part. Our warranty does not cover cracking, crazing, scratches or breakage. Any item shipped to us without proper authorization will be refused. Please call sales for RMA number and authorization. |
