General:
Q: I live overseas and would like one of your products, can you ship?
A. Yes, we ship all over the world. Simply contact us by email (in english) and we'll arrange the most cost effective overseas shipping possible.
Q: I live in your area, can I stop by and purchase something?
A. Yes! If you live in the greater Cleveland, OH area please do. We don't have a cycle storefront store but do carry everything in stock. Give us a call before stopping and we'll check stock for you.

Satellite Radio Holders:
Q. How do I know that I have the correct holder for my radio?
A. Look at the the “Audio Accessories” page. At the bottom ofthe page, click on "Extended Information". There you’ll see a picture of various radios which fit our holders. If your radio is not shown in the picture look at the bottom of the picture and see if you have any of the adapters pictured there. These adapters would have come with your radio kit when you purchased it. If you find that you have one of these adapters your radio will likely fit onto our holder.
Q.Does the holder come with everything I need to install it?
A. If you are going to mount it to the brake or clutch resevior then the holder provides everything you need to mount your radio.
Q.If I want to mount it to my handle bars what else will I need?
A.You will need three pieces. A handle bar mount. A double socket arm and a diamond mount. All of these are available in our “RAM” section.
Q. What is the depressed area for in the middle of the face plate?
A. It is depressed to make adequate clearance for the velcro strap that holds the ~20' of extra antenna wire. The depression allows the velcro strap to sit below the surface and not interfere with the mounting of the radio.
Tail Racks & Backrests:
Q. Can I put a Givi top box on at the same time I have a backrest mounted?
A. No, the backrest will not allow the top box to open.
Q. What do I need to mount a Givi top box with one of your racks?
A. You will need the Givi Box of your choice and either the Givi E250 adapter plate or our custom Topbox Mounting Kit. A GIVI rack will NOT work with one of our racks.
Q. Will the factory top boxes fit on your racks?
A. No, both items use the same mounting locations.
Graphics:
Q: How hard is it to take the fairing graphics off after installation?
A. Not hard at all, simply heat them up with a hairdryer and peel them off.
Hardware:
Q: Will the XM Power reducer work on my Sirius Radio?
A. No, not without modifying it. The power tip will fit into your radio and power it however it won't lock into place without carefully trimming the tip.
