Prices do not include shipping. Shipping costs are computed based on package weight or dimensional weight. We ship worldwide! Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail that usually delivers in 2 to 3 business days anywhere in the United States. Orders received by 2:00pm EST will ship the same day. We ship internationally via UPS,DHL Worldwide Express and USPS via FEDEX you can calculate price at the checkout page if your country is listed. If your country is not listed send address and postal code to info@premiercycleaccessories.com for shipping options or other shipping questions. If you feel the website has incorrectly calculated shipping contact us at support@premiercycleaccessories.com and we will look into it, we're here for you.

Refunds and Return policy
All returns must be complete with all hardware that was originally included.
Non-Electronic Return Policy:
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase you can return any non-electrical product within 15 days of receipt for a complete refund. The exception to this is for items that have been discontinued or there has been a change in the item's design/features. Customer is responsible for return shipping charge. Please email us to obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number before returning the item. This will help us expedite your credit. All returns must be complete with all items that where originally included & in resalable condition or a full refund will NOT be given. If you originally paid with a credit card we will need your credit card number to process the return as our system doesn't save credit card information. We can issue a check as an alternative.
Policy for electronics:
We do not accept returns on electrical items. If there is a manufacturer's defect then you must contact the manufacturer directly. You may contact us for the manufacturer's contact information if it is not presented on the item's packaging.
Clothing Exchange Policy:
If an article of clothing is purchased from us and a customer has ordered the wrong size or color we will exchange it for another size/color however there WILL be an additional shipping charge added for shipment of the item back to the customer.
