ST 1300 Sport Touring Rack
The newly redesigned ST Sport Touring Rack offers a vast array of improvements over our previous version.
-The rack is made from ¼” thick 6061 aluminum – 1/16” thicker than before
-The rack is powder coated with a durable black textured finish
-The rack is 1-1/4” shorter then before for increased rigidity
-We eliminated the cutouts in the rack to increase rigidity
-We eliminated the need for a separate Givi top case mounting plate to be used
-Lower total cost of ownership from our previous version
-Givi top cases are mounted directly to our rack with our Topbox Mounting Kit
-Backrest mounting system has been redesigned for a cleaner look
-There is now more forward and aft positioning for a Givi top case
The new ST Sport Touring Rack offers great strength, flexibility all while lowering your total cost of ownership. We achieve this by allowing you to mount any of the Givi Monokey boxes directly to our rack with the use of our Topbox Mounting Kit. This eliminates the need for using Givi’s E250 Universal Mounting Plate which saves the customer over $53.00 in accessories to mount a top case. This mounting arrangement also lowers the top case by ¾” of an inch on your bike. This and the forward and aft positioning of the top case adds to the comfort of the passenger that uses the top case as a backrest.
The rack also allows you to add our optional Passenger Backrest anytime in the future. This backrest mounts to the rack in a few minutes without having to remove the rack from the bike. The rack is also designed to accept our Rack Mounted Helmet Lock Kit. This enables you to secure two helmets under the rack when the bike is parked.
Adding our racks does not increase the maximum carrying capacity of the motorcycle. Please follow the manufacturer’s suggested weight limits when loading your bike.
