Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority International Mail or by using BONGO International shipping service. This is a third-party shipping service offered for your convenience. You are also responsible for any customs or duties that your individual country might impose. USPS Tracking on all international orders stops once it is received by the customs agency of the country it is shipped. We will not be able to provide a delivery date if you choose to use USPS.
Note: There are times, such as with extra-large packages are shipped, that UPS and USPS charges more for shipping than our software determined. If any additional costs are incurred when shipping your order, we will notify you of the difference in cost before the order is shipped. At that time you will have the option of cancelling your order.
